
Deer Shed Festival 2026: Performance and Placement Ops

Deer Shed Festival (24th – 26th July 2026) is a vibrant celebration of music, arts, and family-friendly fun. Since its inception, this festival has grown into a beloved event, drawing attendees from across the UK. Known for its eclectic line-up, Deer Shed has hosted a diverse array of artists, including the likes of John Grant, Goldfrapp, and Public Service Broadcasting, offering something for every musical taste.
This year Leeds Conservatoire is partnering with Deer Shed to provide two paid work opportunities for current third year students and Class of 2025 graduates, and two performance slots for Leeds Conservatoire bands.
Opportunities Available
The placement opportunities are paid at national living wage; food and staff camping is covered, along with full access to the festival across the weekend. Leeds Conservatoire Employability & Enterprise will arrange transport to and from the site.
