Student life is more than just your course – Leeds Conservatoire Students’ Union is here to enrich your Conservatoire experience with events, societies, opportunities, student voice and extracurricular activities.

It’s our 2000’s throwback night! We’ve got a live band performing all the greatest hits from the 2000s – Form Spice Girls to Evanesence, to High School Musical and The Kooks! So put on your sequin top and get ready to dance!
Monday 14th
Hosted at one of the cosiest Leeds Venues, The Attic, come along and perform in a friendly and intimate setting! Whether you want to test out new material or perform your favourite cover, anything goes at our open mic night!
Wednesday 16th
Take a breather, explore wellbeing activities, and find your balance this Welcome Week.
Formally known as Belgrave Boogie; this is a firm student favourite! Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to see the finest soul/funk/disco bands out there.
Thursday 17th
A friendly and chill social for all our LGBTQ+ Students! Led by our wonderful LGBTQ+ Rep, Charlie.

Our iconic Lambrini von Damn’s Big Ball Bingo is BACK! Our take on Bongos-Bingo, only sillier prizes!
Societies
Societies are formed by students and run for students. Joining a society is a brilliant way to meet new people, pursue and existing hobby or try something completely new! New societies can spring up throughout the year, whilst others have existed for years and become tradition.
