Information regarding your timetable, and who to contact if you need help.
View Your Timetable
View your timetable on your Space dashboard.
Please be aware that timetables are subject to change, and you may have different sessions scheduled week to week.
It is therefore important that you check your timetable regularly.
Attending Classes
Self-register your attendance with MyTimetable.
During each timetabled class you will either scan a QR code or enter a numerical code to register your attendance using your phone.
If you do not have a device to use to do this, your tutor can record your attendance for you if you ask them to.
If you are going to be absent from a timetabled class, you must notify us by completing the relevant absence form.

Timetable Changes
Please be aware that timetable change requests can only be made for the reasons of disability, neurodiversity, caring responsibilities, mental health condition or long-term health condition.
Due to the complex nature of the timetabling process and the knock-on effect session movement has on others, change requests cannot be made for work or travel, unless they are tied with the above reasons.
