
We Out Here Festival 2026: Performance and Work Placement Ops

We Out Here Festival (20th – 23rd August 2026) is a musical project courtesy of Gilles Peterson, Worldwide FM, and Brownswood Recordings, bringing their unmistakable brand of musical eclecticism to the Dorset countryside.
This year Leeds Conservatoire is partnering with We Out Here to provide 11 voluntary work opportunities for current third year students and Class of 2025 graduates, and four performance slots for Leeds Conservatoire bands.
Opportunities Available
All of these opportunities are unpaid; however food and staff camping is covered, along with full access to the festival across the weekend. Leeds Conservatoire Employability & Enterprise will arrange transport to and from the site.
